What does pppw mean?
Per person per week. A house at £179 pppw costs each tenant £179 a week. Bills are not included unless you take the fixed-bills option.
Are bills included?
Not as standard. Most houses offer an optional fixed monthly bills package, so the group pays one predictable amount.
Do I have to share a bathroom?
In most of our houses, no. Many are fully ensuite. Each listing shows the exact number of showers, baths and toilets, so you can compare.
Is there really a bar?
Yes. Most of our houses have a real home bar, a pool table, table tennis and a dartboard. Look for the icons on each house.
Is a cleaner included?
In most houses, yes. A cleaner looks after the shared areas during term time, at no extra cost. Check the badge on each house.
What about the deposit and fees?
We charge no agency fees. The deposit is low and protected in a government-approved scheme.
